How long until i see results from weightlifting? Help!?
Well. I bought a weight set, i have around 255 pounds of weight + a 45 pound bar. I started working out tuesday (3-24-09), and working out every other day. I worked out a total of 5 times so far. Can you do cardio and weight training and still build muscle?
I am lifting weights, but I really want to lose some weight and slim down some so I can get rid of the body fat covering some of my muscles. Can I run and lift weights or not? I still want to build muscle and lose weight and I just am not sure if that is possible.
