Weight Lifting(SQUATS)??
Im in 8th grade,
6'0, about 142lbs and i squat 55lbs on each side of the bar which is 155lbs,sometimes just 45 on each side,which is 135lbs. After i do it my back hurts!
Is that really bad for you? And can it prevent you from growing or cause any time of damage
