What's the average weight lifting levels for a 17 year old?
I'm 5'10" and about 154 pounds and have a body fat of under 5%. I bench around 176 pound( I use Kg), free curl 88 pounds, jump squat 155 pounds( for free running training) and normal squat 200 pounds, sitting row 250 pounds, cross weights 80 pounds per arm, lat pull down 265 pounds, ab crunch using cross weights platform Read the rest of this entry
